Manny also played a vital role in three successful startups: Homesite Group as CUO, Tower Hill Specialty as CEO, and Honeycomb as Co-founder & CUO. Homesite Group pioneered real-time quoting and binding of homeowner insurance. He is a pioneer in real-time quoting/binding and a proven industry innovator in Underwriting.

General Counsel

Joe, a seasoned legal expert, served as GloriFi Insurance's General Counsel, leading the development of the legal office and regulatory matters. With a background at Zurich North America and GE Reinsurance, Joe possesses vast expertise in insurance, reinsurance, international program business, global reinsurance, and M&A support. His career also includes roles as a litigator and in underwriting and claims at State Farm Insurance Company.

Chief Operating Officer

Gavin has worked for over 20 years in high-growth start-ups, focusing on bridging the gap between insurance and technology. Gavin was previously the Chief Customer Officer at LULA, a digital insurance platform for car-sharing and rental companies acquired by New Era. Previously, he was SVP of Customer Operations at Lemonade, where he led the popular insurance-tech business through a successful IPO while managing all customer-facing functions, including Claims, Underwriting Operations, and Inside Sales.

Justin has over 25 years of experience in the insurance Industry in both Personal Lines as well as Commercial Product offerings.  In that time, he has managed teams representing Underwriting, Claims, IT, Compliance, Project Management, Product Development, Internal Audit, Regulatory Filing and Forms.  He has also drafted legislation, participated in regulatory development, and is frequently sought by industry leaders due to his intrinsic familiarity with all aspects of insurance operations.
